Accuracy : ± 0.2 mm.
Width of a strip: > 1.5 mm
This system is more efficient for 2D parts when the parts are strong enough to support the taping operation.
Several strips on the two sides are possible.

Strip width : > 3 mm
This system is more efficient for 2D parts when the parts are strong enough to support the deformation on the wheel sytem.

Spot plating with or without tools.

This new process does not use specific tools for each customer part. Therefore, it is really adapted to prototypes and small or medium series of parts, in particular if the parts are plated with precious metals . For more details, please consul the technical specification of the process.

Minimum surface of the plating : > 0.250 mm2
