5 800 KVA installed.
Nine plating machines:
Two machines for full tin plating on copper or steel in coils.
One machine for full tin or nickel plating on Aluminium in bars or coils.
Two machines for silver or tin plating (in a full or selective way) on copper or steel in coils.
One machine for selective tin plating on copper or steel in coils.
One reel to reel machine specialized in "solar coatings ".
One machine specialized in "solar coatings " in panels.
A waste water treatment plant with a capacity of 30 m3 / h.
A technical department with ten experts in chemical and electrochemical processes, in "materiaux" as well as in mechanical systems.
Shifts of chemical and mechanical maintenance support our production shifts 24h/24h.

Major technologies of selectivity.
Two technologies of selectivity are being used on the production unit :
|
1. Plating edges by depth controlled level.
2. Plating strips or edges after taping.

Main characteristics of the coating.
Geometrical accuracy of the deposit : - 0 + 2 mm
Minimum width of the strips: > 3 mm
Applied only on the edges of the band.

Geometrical accuracy of the deposit : ± 0.2 mm from one edge of the band
Minimum width of the strips : > 1.5 mm
This system is more efficient for 2D parts when the parts are strong enough to support the taping operation.
Several strips on the two sides are possible.
