The deposit carried out is not done by electrolytic mean any more, but by a process of hot tinning.
Operational for a few months, this new technology has made it possible to deposit tin (or alloys of tin) from 20 to 100 µm in configuration TOP LAY (see schema 1) or IN LAY (see schema 2).
